Returns & Refund Policy
30-Day Return Policy:
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns only for defective or damaged items. Returns are not allowed if you purchased the wrong product, if it doesn't fit, or if you no longer want the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Please note that delivery delays caused by factors like weather, flight delays, customs release delays, or holiday seasons cannot be the reason for customer refund or returns.
Initiating a Return:
To initiate a return, contact us at support@factorymart.co.uk. If your return request is approved, we'll provide instructions on where and how to send your package. We'll also email you a return mailing label to download and print. Please note that we won't accept items sent back without a prior return request. All return packages should be sent via post or courier services.
Cancellations:
Once an order is placed, we do not allow cancellations as orders are processed quickly. Please ensure you select the correct product options (color, size, etc.) when placing your order to avoid the need for cancellations.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We'll work to resolve the issue promptly.
Buying Remorse:
Returns are not allowed for items you no longer want or if you purchased the wrong product. Please double-check your order before purchase to ensure you select the correct size, color, and options.
Return Shipping Charges:
If your return request is approved, you're responsible for covering the return shipping charges with the shipping carrier or service of your choice.
Restocking Fee:
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Refunds:
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and inform you about the approval of your refund. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take up to 15 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Important Note:
All returns must be authorized by the Factory Mart support team before returning. Unauthorized returns, items sent to the wrong address, incorrect items, or empty boxes will not be eligible for compensation.
